General FAQs

  • Yes, all our hotel rooms have private bathrooms with showers.

  • Yes, free super fast fibre wifi is available throughout the hotel and apartments.

  • We do not accept dogs or pets unless they registered assistance animals. Apart from Mode Cottage which is dog-friendly and St Annes Apartments 1 & 2. Dog Friendly rates can now be booked directly on our website.

  • Subject to availability, you can purchase an early check-in or late check out for £15 via the guest portal.

  • All Mode venues are smoke and vape free, this includes balconies and roof terraces.

  • Yes, all rooms/ apartments have hairdryers provided.

Blackpool
Apartments

  • We do have an apartment locate don the ground floor with a wet-rrom style shower. Please enquire for futher information.

  • Local pay and display parking is available on East Topping Street or Alfred Street both £14 for 24 hours

  • We do not have a lift, however two apartments are located on the ground floor.

  • For stays of less than 4 days no cleaning is provided. Stays up to 7 days include cleaning on the 4th day. Apartments can be serviced for an extra charge of £50 with 24 hours notice.

  • All apartments include: washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plates, bowls and cuttlery. We also provide washing up liquid/dish washer tablets. We would appreciate it if you could load and turn on the dishwasher prior to your departure.

  • Key codes will be sent to you at 5pm the day before arrival via email. Any problems please call us on 01253 713535

  • Check-out is 10:30am

St Annes
Hotel

  • We do have an apartment located on the ground floor with a wet-room style shower. Please enquire for futher information.

  • Mode St Annes offers a large selection of continental breakfast items include smoked salmon, cheese, meats, fresh croissants, danish pastries, boiled eggs, cereals, breads and fresh fruits. A cooked breakfast is available at our partner restaurant 54, however reservations should be made in advance and this option is not included in the room rate.

  • We have nine spaces on site including one disabled space, all on a first come, first park basis. However, most surrounding roads are unrestricted and the pay and display car park opposite the hotel is free after 6pm or £4.50 for 24 hours.

  • Yes, 2 spaces are available to reserve per day between check-in and check out, including our disabled parking space. Subject to availability.

  • Yes, a fast 22kW EV Charger is available at Mode Hotel St Annes for a small fee.

  • The hotel is licensed for hotel guests 24 hours a day, however the bar normally closes at around midnight, unless no guests are in the bar when it may close earlier.

  • Yes, The hotel has staff at the hotel 24 hours a day, our night manager may be contacted at all times during the night.

  • We do not have a on-site restaurant, however 54 our partner restaurant is located close to the hotel and offers cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel offers discounted restaurants vouchers which are available from reception.

  • Mode St Annes has a lift to all floors.

  • Mode St Annes does not have baths. All rooms have showers however these are not wheelchair accessible.

  • We do have rooms that offer twin beds on request.

  • Mode Gin Happy hour is from 6-7pm each evening.

St Annes Cottage
& Apartments

  • We do not have our own car park however on street parking is ample and directly outside the apartments.

  • Towels are provided, however these are not to be used on the beach

Hotel

  • At Mode Lytham we do not have our own parking, however we recommend parking on the pay and display car park which is located close to the hotel for £4.50 for a full 24 hours. A parking map will be sent you at approx 5pm the day before you arrive. or view it here >> Parking Map <<

  • We do not have a lift, all rooms are accessible via stairs, minimum is one flight of stairs.

  • Unfortunately our rooms are not suitable for wheelchair users.

  • Mode Lytham does not have baths. All rooms have showers however these are not wheelchair accessible.

  • A cooked breakfast is available from our partner restaurant located on the ground floor of the hotel and can be purchased via the guest portal at a discounted rate.

  • We do not have a restaurant however our partner restaurant Olive Tree Brasserie offers Mode guests discounted dining vouchers for £35 (value £50). These can be purchased via the guest portal.

  • We do have rooms that offer twin beds on request.
